- Villa Porticciolo, even though with no pool, boasts access to a nearby stunning pebble beach; however, please note that the path is very steep and has many steps and is not suitable for children and people with limited mobility.
- Semi-detached property offering a simple, relaxed style and character of a traditional beach home.
- The first-floor balcony facing the sea is adjacent to the neighbouring property and is separated by a low wall, so privacy may be limited.
- Please note that air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms.
- A sandy beach is located approximately 100 metres from the property; however, please note that access may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- A car is highly recommended to explore the local area and there is parking on site.
- The first floor is accessed via an open staircase. Please take care and supervise children.
- The bedroom on the top floor has 3 single beds and is better suited to children. Please enquire for more information.
