• There is no fence around the swimming pool. Therefore, children may need some supervision.   
• With several steps and levels, the property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
• Please note the fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and accessed via a spiral staircase and separate entrance. The walls in this room are slanted, please take care and supervise children.
