The ground floor includes one double and one twin bedroom, plus two additional bathrooms.

A separate guesthouse near the entrance provides further flexibility, featuring a compact living space, kitchenette, one double and two twin bedrooms, and a bathroom.

• There are ten bedrooms in total at Casa Delle Favole. The ground floor bedrooms and the guesthouse bedrooms offer more basic amenities. 
• Air conditioning is available in all the villa’s bedrooms except in one double bedroom on the first floor, and in the two bedrooms on the ground floor. In the guesthouse there is air conditioning in the sitting room and one of the double bedrooms.
• A car is highly recommended to explore the local area. 
• The pool is not fenced, so children should be supervised when outdoors.
• The swimming pool is seasonal opening. Please enquire for the exact dates.
• The villa does not provide direct access to the sea. Instead, a short stroll brings you to the town centre and the beaches of Sestri Levante. 
• High chairs and cots are available on request and must be pre-booked.
