Situated in the picturesque seaside town of Sestri Levante, Casa Delle Favole is a breathtaking ten-bedroom property offering a truly rejuvenating Mediterranean escape for up to twenty guests. Boasting a stunning cliffside location amidst the timeless natural beauty of Liguria, this striking villa is the ideal retreat for large gatherings, family reunions, or special occasions.
Dating back to 1938, the villa has been recognised by the Italian Ministry of Culture as a National Monument of Modern Architecture, designed by the architect Luigi Carlo Daneri and inspired by Le Corbusier. With sprawling grounds, sun-drenched terraces, a private swimming pool, and dreamlike sea views, Casa Delle Favole is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your loved ones as you soak up the magic of the Italian Riviera. The villa takes full advantage of its prime location, offering panoramic views of the sea at every turn. Each morning, axure skies and the gentle ocean breeze will draw you outside to the private swimming pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip under the warm Mediterranean sun. Meanwhile, the beautifully manicured gardens of Casa Delle Favole provide a serene escape for relaxation and contemplation.
As you step into the villa, you will be captivated by the bright and airy internal living spaces, which offer a blend of quirky modern furnishings and classic Italian charm. The heart of the villa is its inviting lounge area on the first floor, where friends and family can gather together to create lasting memories.
The villa’s fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals with the fresh local produce you have discovered, which can be enjoyed in the elegant dining area, where dual-aspect windows provide guests with more spectacular ocean vistas. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom located on the first floor, alongside a well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub, a WC, and a balcony overlooking the turquoise sea.
The second floor of Casa Delle Favole features two delightful double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a peaceful office room, as well as a romantic balcony. Each of the bedrooms offers guests a relaxed, welcoming ambience, ensuring a restful night's sleep after another day of adventure along the Ligurian coast. On the ground floor, there is another double bedroom and a cosy twin room, with two more bathrooms also provided.
A separate guesthouse with three bedrooms is also located on the grounds of the villa, near the main entrance gate. The guesthouse is composed of a compact living space with a kitchenette, as well as a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and a well-appointed bathroom.

- There are ten bedrooms in total at Casa Delle Favole. The ground floor bedrooms and the guesthouse bedrooms offer more basic amenities. There is air conditioning in four of the bedrooms located in the main villa. In the guesthouse, air conditioning is available in the living space and the double bedroom
- The swimming pool is seasonal
- The villa does not provide direct access to the sea. Instead, a short stroll brings you to the town centre and the beaches of Sestri Levante
