Casale Maremma offers a characterful stay close to the Tuscan coast, combining traditional architecture with generous indoor and outdoor space. Surrounded by a large private park of olive trees, cypresses and rolling hills, the setting enjoys wide-reaching views across the landscape towards the sea. The villa retains its rustic charm, with terracotta roof tiles, exposed wooden beams and a striking stone façade, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere throughout.
The property is made up of the main villa and a separate dependance, accommodating up to 13 guests across seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Inside, the living spaces are bright and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and a large dining room designed for shared meals. The layout works well for families or groups, offering both privacy and areas to come together.
Outside, the villa is designed for enjoying the Tuscan climate. A spacious garden surrounds the large private swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and shaded areas for relaxing. There is also a covered outdoor dining space, ideal for long meals and evenings spent together. With Scarlino just 4km away for shops and restaurants, and the closest beaches around 9km from the villa, Casale Maremma offers a great balance of countryside setting and access to the coast.
