The property is relatively new and has been rented for only a few years, featuring all new furniture, appliances, and wellness amenities—including a spa, Jacuzzi, and impressive infinity pool—in excellent condition.
Inside, the villa spans 300 square metres across two levels. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with panoramic windows, direct access to the pool terrace, and sleek interiors in neutral tones. This level features two spacious double bedrooms, as well as a large bathroom divided into three sections, complete with two separate shower rooms. Upstairs, a third double bedroom enjoys a private en-suite with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito screens, and smart TVs.
The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and wellbeing, featuring a wooden sun terrace, a shaded dining area, a barbecue, a 6-person Jacuzzi, a reflexology path, and a yoga-friendly loggia. A spa with a Turkish bath and sauna is located on the lower level and must be requested in advance.
