Insider Invite Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period
The Oliver’s Travels Insider Invite (“Promotion”) is valid for all eligible referrals made between 12:01am BST on 15 June 2026 and 11:59pm BST on 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
The Promotion is open exclusively to travel agents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Oliver’s Travels and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Refer an Agent
Referrals can be made by submitting the referred agent's details via the Oliver's Travels "Become a Travel Partner" enquiry form here.
Eligible Referrals
To qualify, the referred agent must identify the referring agent at the point of registration. Referrals submitted retrospectively may not be eligible.
To qualify for the Promotion, referred agents must:
a) register with Oliver's Travels Trade during the Promotion Period;
b) not already be registered as an Oliver's Travels Trade Partner or otherwise exist within the Oliver's Travels Trade database; and
c) be successfully verified by Oliver's Travels.
Each successful referral will count as one (1) entry into the prize draw for both the referring agent and the referred agent.
Where a referred agent confirms a booking during the Promotion Period, both the referred agent and the referring agent will receive three (3) additional entries into the prize draw.
There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible agent may receive through successful referrals and qualifying bookings.
Verification of Entries
Oliver’s Travels reserves the right to verify all referral submissions and participant details before confirming eligibility.
Incomplete, duplicate, or unverifiable referrals may be disqualified at Oliver’s Travels’ discretion.
Prize
The prize consists of one (1) £5,000 Oliver's Travels gift voucher. No travel agent commission will be payable on any booking made using the prize voucher.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Oliver’s Travels reserves the right to verify timestamps and referral data before confirming the winner.
If the winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, Oliver's Travels reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the Promotion closing date.
Offer Period
The gift voucher must be redeemed by 11:59pm BST on 1 September 2028.
Fair Participation
Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or misuse the Promotion may result in immediate disqualification.
Non-Transferable Prize
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products. If the full £5,000 amount is not redeemed in a single transaction, the remaining balance may be used towards future bookings.
Use of the prize voucher is subject to Oliver's Travels' standard booking terms and conditions and voucher terms in force at the time of redemption.
Right to Amend or Withdraw
Oliver’s Travels reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion.
Final Decision
In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, entries, or the outcome of the Promotion, Oliver's Travels' decision shall be final.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
