The basement level includes a fourth bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, a gym, and laundry facilities.
Outside, the villa offers a private non-heated swimming pool with an integrated Jacuzzi, as well as a spacious terrace with sea views and a barbecue area for outdoor dining.
Villa Allopus is located a short distance from Elounda, where visitors can find waterfront cafés, restaurants, shops and a sheltered bay suitable for swimming and boating. Boat trips from the harbour also provide access to the historic island of Spinalonga, known for its Venetian fortress and past as a leper colony.
With its convenient location and range of amenities, Villa Allopus provides a comfortable base for exploring the eastern coast of Crete.
- The pool is not heated, which may make it less comfortable to use during cooler months.
- Although close to Elounda, guests will likely need a car or taxi to reach restaurants, shops, and the beach easily.
- The property has 5 outdoor cameras but none with direct view over the pool. Cameras can not be turned off.
