Arranged over two storeys, this detached villa offers privacy within walled grounds, landscaped lawns and generous terraces, making it well suited to families or friends travelling together.

On the ground floor, a light-filled open-plan living space creates an immediate sense of occasion. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames mountain views and opens directly onto the terrace. The sitting area features a large L-shaped sofa, designer chair, smart television and inset fireplace, flowing seamlessly to a monochrome dining area and a fully equipped white kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast island. This level features a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom.

Upstairs, three further bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, each include wardrobe space and flat-screen televisions, with some opening to panoramic balconies. Two substantial family bathrooms offer walk-in showers and bathtubs. A glass-fronted terrace with lounge seating and a swing chair is ideal for sunset drinks.
