The sitting area features a large L-shaped sofa, designer chair, smart television and inset fireplace, flowing seamlessly to a monochrome dining area and a fully equipped white kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast island. This level features a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
Upstairs, three further bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, each include wardrobe space and flat-screen televisions, with some opening to panoramic balconies. Two substantial family bathrooms offer walk-in showers and bathtubs. A glass-fronted terrace with lounge seating and a swing chair is ideal for sunset drinks.
