Villa Agia is set in the Cretan countryside near the north coast of Crete, within easy reach of the mountains, beaches and nearby town. This architect-designed villa has been thoughtfully restored from a traditional stone warehouse and arranged over two storeys, offering three ensuite double bedrooms for up to six guests, ideal for families or friends travelling together.
Positioned within a one thousand six hundred square metre plot, the villa is surrounded by high stone walls and mature gardens with ancient olive trees and manicured lawns. A forty square metre private swimming pool takes centre stage, while an adjacent four thousand five hundred square metre organic orchard invites guests to pick seasonal fruit and vegetables. Private parking, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are all included.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass frames mountain views and fills the open-plan living space with light. Contemporary furnishings sit alongside handcrafted wood pieces and heirloom textiles. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and two ensuite bedrooms with terrace access. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys its own shower room and panoramic roof terrace.
Outdoors, shaded seating areas, alfresco dining and a dedicated children’s play space complete this serene yet well-connected Cretan retreat.
