Located in the village of Doukades on Corfu, Villa Latona is a distinguished residence combining heritage character with expansive grounds and far-reaching views. The entrance hall, with its six-metre-high ceiling, sets a striking tone, leading into a spacious ground floor with a comfortable living room, formal dining area for up to twelve guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry, accessed via a gallery or secondary entrance. A terrace extends from the living space, ideal for relaxed outdoor moments.
The first floor features the Atelier suite, once a painting studio, complete with en-suite shower room, alongside two self-contained suites, each offering a bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and living area. These open onto a large terrace overlooking the surrounding parkland, valley and village. The second floor provides two flexible twin bedrooms (convertible to doubles) sharing a bathroom, as well as two smaller en-suite rooms suited to children.
Set within seven thousand square metres of landscaped gardens with mature palms, pines and cypresses, the grounds offer shaded walkways and a sense of seclusion. A private swimming pool completes the outdoor setting, creating a peaceful base for enjoying Corfu’s natural beauty.
- The villa’s terraces and stairs may not be suitable for young children or those with limited mobility.
- The garden has uneven paths, so be cautious when walking around, especially near the pool area.
