Located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis and within walking distance of the nearby beach, Villa Kavouri offers a comfortable and well-equipped base for travellers. Part of a collection of independent villas, the property combines elements of traditional Mykonian architecture with modern amenities, aiming to provide a calm and practical stay.

Upon entering the villa at ground level, guests are welcomed into a bright and spacious living room with large windows. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, suitable for preparing and enjoying meals. This floor also features a double bedroom and a bathroom.

On the lower level, the villa accommodates four additional bedrooms and three bathrooms. A second living area, a small kitchen, and a laundry room offer added functionality for extended stays or larger groups.

The outdoor area has been designed for relaxation and leisure. A modern swimming pool serves as the central feature, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The area features a shaded lounge, an outdoor dining table beneath a wooden pergola, and a built-in barbecue for guests who enjoy cooking and dining outdoors. The surrounding landscaped garden contributes greenery and space for informal gatherings or for children to play, all while providing views of the sea.

Villa Kavouri is designed to accommodate a range of travellers, from families to couples, offering both privacy and easy access to local attractions. Its balance of traditional style and up-to-date facilities supports a convenient and restful experience in Mykonos.
