For broader adventures, Brantôme, often called the “Venice of the Périgord”, is only a 9km away and offers beautiful river views, excellent restaurants and medieval charm. The bustling cultural centre of Périgueux, with its shops, museums and historic old town, lies just half an hour from the villa.
