Sleeping up to 10 guests, the estate comprises the main 3-bedroom house and an adjoining courtyard cottage, creating a flexible space for families or a group of friends. Inside, a warm kitchen with a central island and fireplace welcomes communal cooking and shared stories over wine. The traditional living and dining room brings everyone together, while upstairs, three ensuite bedrooms (sleeping 8) offer comfort and privacy. The adjoining courtyard house offers its own charm and independence, featuring a little kitchen and living-dining room, and a first-floor twin bedroom with its own bathroom.

Outside, the grounds invite both play and relaxation. Enjoy a match on your private tennis court, challenge each other to a game of table tennis or badminton, then cool off in the heated pool surrounded by a sun terrace and shaded seating area. Long, lazy lunches spill onto the dining terrace, where the barbecue sizzles and glasses clink into the evening.

Just over 4km away lies Eymet, a bustling bastide town with all the essentials: from boulangeries and café-bars to a farmers' market brimming with local produce. For wider adventures, riverside Bergerac is a short drive away with its medieval centre and excellent restaurants, while the Dordogne valley promises canoe trips, ancient caves, vineyards and fairytale castles.
