Once an artist’s atelier, L’Atelier du Marais offers a rare fusion of Parisian heritage and sophisticated design in the beating heart of Le Marais. Set along a tree-lined pedestrian street, this ground-floor residence has been meticulously restored by an architect to create an appealing blend of industrial character and refined contemporary style.
Inside, exposed brick and stone walls lend a gentle nod to the building’s creative past, while noble materials and soft, layered lighting elevate the space into something entirely modern. The open-plan living area is anchored by a modular sofa, a wide-screen TV with Netflix and a designer fireplace that sets the tone across the day. The dining area, bathed in natural light, flows effortlessly into the kitchen, where black stone worktops, premium appliances and elegant finishes make cooking a pleasure.
Each bedroom is a sanctuary of calm and comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens and a marble-clad open en-suite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom, equally elegant, offers a queen-size bed, integrated storage and access to its own shower room just next door. High-speed Wi-Fi is also included.
Step outside and you're within moments of everything that makes Le Marais irresistible. The apartment building is just steps away from iconic boutiques like LaDurée and Bompard, along with a host of fashionable new openings. At the corner, the beloved café "Les Philosophes" awaits for morning espressos or afternoon people-watching. Museums, galleries and vibrant food markets are all just a short stroll, bus or metro ride away, inviting guests to discover the city at their own rhythm.
For those seeking a refined yet authentic Parisian experience, L’Atelier du Marais offers a gorgeous base from which to live, explore and feel completely at home.
- This stylish apartment sleeps 4-6 guests across two double bedrooms and a lounge with a sofa-bed.
- Please note that exterior renovation work is currently underway on the building for a temporary amount of time – this may result in scaffolding in front of some of the windows and daytime noise (no work should take place in the evenings/night or at the weekend).
