On the left as you enter through the chateau's front doors is a gracious drawing room, and beyond that a library full of books and a warm and comfortable TV room. French windows beyond give a bucolic view of the beautiful French countryside.
On the right is a dining room with a stunning dining table for 16 with a contemporary chandelier of cascading lights. Next to this is a brand new kitchen with Miele equipment comprising to 2 hobs, 2 ovens, a microwave, a warming oven, 2 dishwashers, a fridge and separate freezer.
Beside the kitchen is a breakfast room with a breakfast bar containing coffee machines and all necessary equipment for breakfast. At the end is a huge family/playroom with comfortable sofas, a large table and chairs, large flat screen TV, UK satellite TV, hundreds of DVD, board games, and table football. A door from the kitchen leads to a large deck which has two outdoor sofas, dining table and benches and an elegant gas powered designer barbecue.
From the deck, there is a gorgeous view of the garden with its 18m x 9m swimming pool with diving board set in front of a backdrop of sculptured trees with the woods beyond. The first and second floors of the château contain eight bedrooms (4 with king beds, 2 with two single beds, 1 with a bateau bed with a roll away bed underneath and 1 with a single bed) all furnished with good quality furnishings made of hard woods, marble, leather, silk and wool.
All six bathrooms in the château are en-suite and have been totally renovated with the latest fittings and finishes. Two annex bedrooms (suitable for children) have their own doors to shared en-suite bathrooms and also private entries if required through the back staircase. All the bedrooms on the second floor have dormer windows.
The Pavilion by the gate is a self-contained apartment compromising one king-size bedroom with an en suite, living/dining room and kitchenette downstairs with WC.
