Completed in February 2023, Villa Kiira is ideally situated on the Ruka Village side, at the base of the majestic Rukatunturi.
As you step inside, you are greeted by a warm, inviting interior designed to cater to every guest's needs. The first floor unveils a breathtaking open-plan layout, where the kitchen, living, and dining areas seamlessly meld together beneath soaring ceilings. Adorned with wood-clad walls and ceilings, the space exudes a rustic charm, evoking the feeling of being wrapped in a luxurious treehouse. And oh, the views! Through the expansive windows and from the terrace, you are treated to stunning vistas of the towering Rukatunturi and the verdant surrounding forests.
You will also discover the sleeping quarters on this floor, where five tastefully appointed bedrooms await, accommodating up to ten guests. Two of these bedrooms feature delightful lofts, each with two additional beds, perfect for the little ones or extra guests. For those moments of relaxation, each bedroom comes equipped with its own TV, ensuring everyone can unwind in their private sanctuary. Completing the upper floor are two well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for all.

Descend to the lower floor, and you will find yourself in a haven of tranquillity, where a spacious sauna area beckons you to unwind and rejuvenate and an extra living area.
