Villa Androulla enjoys a prime location in a peaceful and secluded area on the Eastern plateau, overlooking the ravine. The villa's design has been meticulously planned, featuring stylish interiors adorned with contemporary yet elegant furnishings that contribute to a sophisticated finish for the property. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms, it is an ideal retreat for families. The main open-plan living area, comprising a lounge, dining space, and fully-equipped fitted kitchen, is located on the ground floor. Additionally, on this level, you'll find the first bedroom - a double room with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the other two bedrooms are situated on split levels. The twin room is conveniently accompanied by an adjacent bathroom. Occupying the topmost floor is the master king-size bedroom, which offers access to a spacious private terrace for enjoying the stunning views and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor grounds are equally impressive. The veranda provides an ideal spot for enjoying a peaceful drink while admiring the beautiful Cypriot sunsets. The substantial private pool offers a wonderful opportunity for a refreshing swim and soaking up the sun. Coming together as a family at the end of a day at the beach, cooking up a feast on the barbecue, and enjoying outdoor dining during the warm summer evenings is an experience that everyone will treasure.

At Aphrodite Hills, there is an awesome selection of facilities that will ensure everyone can find something to suit, with thoughtfully planned activities and entertainment for each age range at the ‘Holiday Residences Kids Club’. Days will be filled with arts and crafts, water games, talent shows, dance classes and much more.
There’s also the Dream Team Soccer School which young visitors constantly praise as the highlight of the holiday, where there’s the chance to improve skills through professional coaching, whilst making friends and having fun in the sun. Tennis coaches are also available for the kids if football isn’t their thing, min age 5 years.

| Pool heating charge? | For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €50 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. At this villa pool heating is not available during the period Mid-December till end of February. |

| End of stay cleaning included? | Yes and mid-stay cleaning also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |
