Boasting a sun-drenched terrace, a private swimming pool, a home gym, a jacuzzi and a sauna, the villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your loved ones whilst soaking up the warm Croatian sunshine.
Each morning, bright blue skies and the gentle sea breeze will draw you outside to the villa’s terrace, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool or relax on a poolside sun lounger, sipping a freshly brewed cup of coffee and admiring the enchanting ocean vistas. The garden offers plenty of opportunities for family fun and games, with a cute kids’ play area in the sunshine. Spend the afternoon unwinding by the pool or make your way to the coast for a swim in the Adriatic Sea. Later on, gather everyone together for a delicious barbecue at the villa’s covered outdoor dining area before enjoying a glass of Istrian wine and picture-perfect sunset views from the comfort of the outdoor lounge.

With the vibrant resort town of Opatija just a fifteen-minute drive away, Veprinac offers visitors a peaceful holiday setting and plenty of coastal wonders to explore nearby.
The old town of Veprinac can be reached by passing through the impressive main gate with its three distinctive arches. Cultural sites such as St. Anne’s Chapel with its beautiful frescoes, as well as the old town hall’s historical collection, offer glimpses into Veprinac’s fascinating past, while the endless views of the shimmering bay from the Church of St. Mark are bound to delight all those who visit. Thanks to its central location, Slatina Beach is the town’s most popular beach, offering plenty of convenient amenities such as cafés, restaurants and water sports facilities. Ičići is home to another beautiful, well-maintained beach, only a fifteen-minute drive away from Villa Parrot.
For the chance to see Opatija from a new perspective, hop on a boat tour to take in the spectacular sights of the Kvarner Riviera, with views of the fishing village of Mošćenička Draga and the quaint old town of Lovran. Boat tours to the enchanting islands of Krk and Cres are also available, or you can drive for roughly an hour to reach Krk by car, crossing over the bridge that connects the island to the mainland.
