Ideally situated in Mali Lošinj, the villa features a private infinity pool, a relaxing sauna, a fitness zone, a home cinema and a secluded garden with direct access to the beach. With an abundance of contemporary charm and a spectacular setting on Croatia’s ‘Island of Vitality’, Villa Serenity is the perfect place to enjoy a restful and rejuvenating retreat with your loved ones whilst soaking up the warm Adriatic sunshine.
Each morning, bright blue skies and the gentle sea breeze will draw you outside to the villa’s wooden terrace, where you can sip a freshly-brewed cup of coffee as you take in the ocean vistas and the scent of the fragrant pine trees. After a refreshing dip in the infinity pool, guests can explore the beach at the bottom of the garden using the complimentary water sports amenities at Villa Serenity, including a two-person kayak, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment. Spend a sunny afternoon discovering the wonders of Lošinj by bike or simply relax in the hammock in the villa’s green garden until sunset. Then, everyone can come together to enjoy a delicious meal at the outdoor dining area on the terrace, complete with picture-perfect water views.
An abundance of natural light flows into Villa Serenity’s open-plan living space, which features a split-level layout, contemporary design finishes and more enchanting vistas for guests to enjoy. Upon entering the villa from the terrace, guests will find a warm and welcoming lounge area, where a fireplace in the corner creates a cosy glow when the evening comes. There is a seating area by the fire, alongside a sumptuous corner sofa where guests can curl up and unwind in front of the flatscreen TV after a day spent discovering the coastal wonders of the island. Ascend a short flight of steps to enter the elegant dining area, where everyone can gather to discuss the day’s adventures. The dining area leads seamlessly into a sleek kitchen, which is fully equipped with a range of appliances and a central island. Also located on the ground floor, guests will find a delightful double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a modern WC.
There is plenty of fun to be had on the lower ground floor of Villa Serenity, where guests will find a fabulous home cinema with tiered seating and an authentic atmosphere, making this the ideal spot for a relaxing night in! This level also features a wine cellar with a curated selection of excellent Croatian wines and a food boutique showcasing the best of the country’s fantastic produce. A billiards table and an inviting seating area complete the entertainment space. A charming kids’ bedroom is also located on the same level, with four single beds and a table football area, creating a cute and cosy den for younger visitors to enjoy, complete with a child-friendly bathroom.
Villa Serenity’s first floor boasts a spacious master bedroom with a private terrace overlooking the sea. A contemporary ensuite bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in rain shower and a pair of vanity basins. Two more double bedrooms are situated on this level, each offering a cool and restful ambience, a modern ensuite bathroom and a private terrace with outdoor seating and idyllic views. A peaceful home office features a quiet reading corner, a desk, and access to another outdoor terrace and a private bathroom.
The villa’s second floor is dedicated to fitness and relaxation, with a well-appointed home gym that features a range of natural equipment made from natural materials, ideal for an early-morning workout.
