We love the selection of kids’ toys at the property. Alongside badminton and the trampoline, there’s lots of fun for kids and adults alike.
As well as the fragrant air, being able to cook up your own pasta or pizza whilst adding some of the home-grown herbs from your very own garden really transports you into the past.
We enjoy the blend of old and new. It’s easy to avoid the modern world, but if you miss it, Netflix is only a room away.

Villa Nerezine is a characterful three-bedroom villa on Lošinj, ideal for families or groups of up to six adults looking for comfort, privacy and easy-going island living. Dating back to the 19th century and fully renovated in 2020, the villa pairs original stone architecture with contemporary interiors and practical modern touches.

Inside, guests will find a spacious living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything needed for relaxed family meals. There are three bedrooms arranged across the ground floor, first floor and attic, including a twin room, a master bedroom with workspace, and an attic bedroom with a queen-size bed, sofa bed and lounge area. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Outdoors, the fenced garden is made for slow afternoons, with sun loungers, a barbecue, trampoline and fresh herbs including rosemary, oregano and laurel. Private parking adds extra convenience, while pets are welcome too. With Netflix, Prime and a wide choice of TV and radio channels, Villa Nerezine offers a well-rounded island base with plenty of home comforts.

Please ensure you carry cash. Village life is very authentic and not everywhere accepts card.
Pets are welcomed at the property, but arrangements must be made first. Although the area is fenced in and the surrounding roads are quiet, animals should still be monitored.
Mali Losinj is the largest town and is about a 19 minute drive from the property. By bus or if walking, the journey closes in on three and a half hours, making a car preferable.
