Bright, leafy and luxurious, Villa Kadulja is a kid-friendly estate for six. Nestled in scenic Gostinjac in Croatia, it spares no excuse to bring comfort and luxury to your doorstep.

Engulfed by a wealth of natural landscapes, this inviting two-storey holiday home is ideal for peaceful getaways or relaxing afternoons under the sun. Despite its airy, open-plan design, it has an aura of intimacy, with large spaces for families to enjoy.

A private heated pool sparkles on the outdoor patio, flanked by elegant lounge chairs and lush foliage. Spend hours under the shaded gazebo and dine al-fresco at the cosy wooden table. Sizzle up the barbecue on wintery evenings or savour mornings of tranquillity in your very own vegetable garden. There's an additional seating area, perfect for a leisurely time outdoors.

The villa's interiors are equally striking, with impressive woodwork creating a refreshing ambience—sudden pops of yellow and green offset stylish tropical décor and cream-coloured walls. Large glass windows allow ample natural light. Settle down on the comfy L-shaped couch and catch up on your favourite TV shows.

The adjoining summer kitchen is open-plan and brightly lit. Complete with wooden countertops and modern cabinetry, it's kitted with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. While the adjacent dining table is ideal for delightful family meals, there's an exclusive bar room for an extra dose of entertainment.

All bedrooms promise a good night's rest. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a king-size bed, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The villa also features a colourful playroom to keep little ones busy throughout the day.
