Villa Ciovo holds a prime position in the bay of Tatinje on the beautiful island of Ciovo, it makes a perfect family-friendly base for exploring the wonderful surrounding area. Situated in the region of Okrug Gornji, there are a wide range of handy amenities including shops, restaurants and bars all within a few minutes by car. The medieval town of Trogir makes a fantastic day out, there is plenty of historical attractions to explore while the promenade lined with bars and cafes is the perfect spot to spend a lazy afternoon people watching.
Completed in 2017, the brand-new villa, has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and offers contemporary yet elegant accommodation set out over three levels, specially designed to help guests make the most of the spectacular sea views. The property can accommodate up to eight guests across four spacious and bright double bedrooms. On the ground floor is then main open-plan living accommodation comprising of a lounge, dining area and modern fitted kitchen as well as a gym room and sauna. Heading upstairs are the first of the bedrooms, one of which boasts its own private balcony while they both come complete with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs, again are the final two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, again one of the rooms boasts its own balcony.
The real wow factor can be found outside, the impressive infinity pool is the perfect place to spend an afternoon soaking up the Croatian sunshine while admiring the mesmerising views over the sparkling Adriatic. For those wishing to make the most of the opportunity to dine al fresco, the covered terrace provides shade and makes the fabulous place to do so, it comes complete with handy barbecue, great for those wishing to cook up a storm!
What you should know…
- While there is a good handrail, those travelling with younger children should still ensure they take care on the feature staircase
- For group sizes larger than eight, two guests will need to make use of the comfortable sofabed in the living room

A small beach at Tatinje is just 200m away on foot while further family-friendly beaches can be found in the Okrug Gornji beaches, just 7 minutes away by car. For those looking to wider explore the area, the medievel town of Trogir is less than half an hour away and is amust-visit while you are in wonderful Croatia.

Wonderful stay!
When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner. Vinka had thoughtfully stocked the fridge with some beverages - beer as well as juice. There was also a huge bowl of fresh - pineapple, kiwi, watermelon, grapes etc. on the table as well as peanuts in a bowl. The house is a "smart" house so Vinka walked us through the process of using the ipad. The kitchen was well appointed and had premium appliances. The pool was great and the vistas amazing. We were very pleased with the entire experience. We were a group of 7 adults and we had ample space for all. Host, accommodations and vistas were amazing. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing, perfect house
Amazing, perfect house. Comfortably equipped with everything you need. Nice and helpful owners. Amazing place of peace and yet a short walk to the centre. Each room has a beautiful bathroom and very nice view.

Top villa
The villa is really very beautiful, in a quiet location and equipped with high-quality inventory. Everything is super modern and the so-called “smart home” technology is also great. The location is almost right on the water - really only 30m away. Communication with Vinka, the host, was easy, she always replied quickly and, above all, very politely. I can only recommend the house and the hosts! Thank you.

PERFECT VILLA FOR BOTH KIDS AND ADULTS
I will start with saying that out 10 days stay at this beautiful villa was just amazing and incomparable to any previous experiences of renting vacation homes. This villa has everything you need for perfect vacation whether you are traveling with kids or adults only. The house itself is very spacious and all of our 5 kids found a cozy spot for themselves. All high end finishes and beautiful thoughtful design makes your vacation unforgettable and unique. It is conveniently located from public beach (5 mins drive) and charming Trogir town. I loved that we also had direct access to the sea only 30 meters from villa and did snorkeling every day. There is no chlorine in the pool which is very safe and great for kids with allergy. Both managers are amazing hosts and very responsive professionals. They responded to any requests within 10 minutes and were extremely accommodating and helpful with any needs at any time. The area itself is very safe and there is no need to worry about your belongings. I am definitely recommending this villa for happy, safe, and problem free vacation!

Beautiful Villa with all modern comforts
We were a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children staying in this beautiful villa for one week. Let me tell you, we wanted to stay much longer. The villa is really a labor of love of the owner, he has painstakingly seen to every detail to make it truly perfect. We enjoyed the pool with swim jets for swimming as well as massage jets, the indoor jacuzzi. I personally enjoyed having a gym to have a quick morning workout to counteract the good Croatian food and wine. The rooms are 5 star standard, with huge king size beds, sumptuous linens and White company toiletries as well as wonderful balconies with breath-taking views. This is a beautiful house, steps away from some lovely coves for swimming. The owner was wonderful, very responsive and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We all concluded this is a 5 star experience. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and we look forward to our next visit.

Over the top!
I almost want to give a bad review so people don't discover this place. Ivica's hospitality and service puts an already incredible place over the top. It really feels like it is your home with beautiful amenities and not stock IKEA fourniture from top to bottom. Easy access to water (just down the hill) and just far enough from the main public beaches so not to be overrun by people/cars. Very quiet corner for easy relaxation!
