Villa Nightjar, a newly renovated four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom retreat, is designed to bring families and friends together in comfort and style. Just steps from the soft sands of Grace Bay Beach, the villa combines modern luxury with the natural beauty of the Leeward area. Within the main L-shaped villa, three spacious king bedrooms, each with an ensuite, create an inviting sanctuary, while a fully self-contained private guest house with its own king bed offers additional privacy. Open-plan living areas are enhanced by large windows that fill the space with light, while private balconies frame views of the lush surroundings.
Outdoors, the villa is equally captivating. An expansive deck is arranged with loungers for long days in the sun, while a 38-foot lap pool invites guests to swim, play, or simply relax. A shallow splash pad offers a safe and fun place for all ages, creating a space that is both lively and family-friendly.
