The Alexandra Penthouse offers an enviable location directly on Grace Bay Beach, widely regarded as one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. Set within the boutique-style Grandview Resort, this spacious three-bedroom residence has been thoughtfully remodelled to combine modern comforts with Caribbean elegance. Guests are welcomed by an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, where light pours in through large windows framing sweeping views of the turquoise sea. The kitchen is beautifully finished with bright counters, a turquoise backsplash, and a breakfast island with seating, blending seamlessly into a dining space and a generous living room with plush seating and a smart television. Just beyond, the soft white sands and inviting waters of Grace Bay are only steps away.
Each bedroom has been designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. The entry-level guest suite overlooks the beach and features a king bed with ensuite bathroom and ample storage. A second guest room, complete with queen murphy bed, desk, and garden outlook, is served by a nearby Jack and Jill bathroom. The master suite crowns the penthouse, where a king bed commands direct ocean views through expansive windows. Its ensuite bathroom provides dual vanity sinks, a private water closet, and a two-person walk-in rain shower.
