Villa Zanmann is a well appointed 4-bedroom villa, ideal for a family or group of friends.

Spacious bathrooms with mirrored walls adjoin each bedroom. The master bathroom features an oversize bathtub and open shower area with floor-to-ceiling louvered doors that open to a walled garden.
Down a gentle slope a few steps from the house is the large private pool. Its spacious gazebo is a favorite spot for shaded poolside lunches.
Perhaps best of all is Villa Zanmann's design around the large furnished verandah - cooled by tradewinds and located for its superb view nine miles across the sea to the harbor and town of Montego Bay. A haven for reading and napping, the verandah is most memorable for wonderful candlelight dinners served here with the romance of distant lights reflecting on the bay.
Villa Zanmann is just a 2 minute drive from prestigious Round Hill Hotel with beach, water sports, shops, fitness center, Kids Club, indoor and beachside bars and excellent Continental restaurant. Each week, 3 themed beach party buffets welcome Villa Zanmann guests for various fees.
- Please note that you will need to select 10 guests should you wish to have access to all 5 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room.
- Remember, it is customary to pay a 15% Gratuity fee before leaving your Villa in Jamaica
- Please be advised that Villa Zanmann is home to some lovable family dogs who are granted free run of the house and grounds!

Villa Staff at this property:
A full-time dedicated chef, butler / housekeeper, gardeners, night watchman and personal laundress attend exclusively to your villa.
Your cook will handle grocery shopping and meal preparation. They will pre-purchase your first few meals plus pantry staples, then finish the week's shopping after meeting with you. At week's end, they will present receipts for all food and beverage and reconcile your account. A typical grocery budget is $85-$95 per adult per day and $40-$50 per day for preteens. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus.(more luxurious items such as shrimp, lobster, imported meats and Champagne will incur a further charge).
Your cook will also pre-purchase a small starter bar (a few bottles of Red Stripe, moderately-priced wine and rum). Additional alcohol requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with them, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review your tastes and distastes with them and they'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax.
A nanny can be arranged for an average of $12 per hour. Guests should plan to add approximately $20 per day for food for their nanny.
