Sunset Beach Villa is a peaceful 5-bedroom Villa, where guests can hear the rustling of the trade winds and the lapping of the waves on the beach. This beach house really is a dream location, situated on the beach front, with 24 louvred doors in the living room it is 38 feet from the breakfast table to the sand.

Sunset Beach Villa is a stellar example of contemporary Caribbean architecture and consists of the main house and a cottage. The home is the full package with both inside and outside entertainment to make your holiday a memorable one.
The private modern pool and jacuzzi sit in front of the beach and allow you to swim or soak while gazing over the phenomenal sea view. The garden contains a bench hidden off in all of the greenery, which is perfect for private meditation.
Indoors and outdoors are almost merged together at Sunset Beach Villa. The airy and bright living room has plenty of doors that all lead out onto the garden. The veranda can also be easily accessed via the living room and looks delightful decorated with bright coral furniture and luxurious marble floors. You won’t want to miss one sunset or sunrise here.
Inside, a beautiful dining room with modern bright wall art and elegant cutlery makes for special evenings meals. When you’ve finished your main courses, why not take dessert outdoors and devour it under the stars in one of the many outside seating areas? Guests will be pleased to know that all of the bathrooms were upgraded in 2016 and four of them now have an outdoor shower! It won’t take you long to dry off in the glorious Jamaican weather.

Villa Staff included at this property:
A full-time dedicated chef, butler, housekeeper and personal laundress attend exclusively to your villa.
Your cook will handle grocery shopping and meal preparation. They will pre-purchase your first few meals plus pantry staples, then finish the week's shopping after meeting with you. At week's end, they will present receipts for all food and beverage and reconcile your account. A typical grocery budget is $85-$95 per adult per day and $40-$50 per day for preteens. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus.(more luxurious items such as shrimp, lobster, imported meats and Champagne will incur a further charge).
Your cook will also pre-purchase a small starter bar (a few bottles of Red Stripe, moderately-priced wine and rum). Additional alcohol requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with them, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review your tastes and distastes with them and they'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax.
A nanny can be arranged for an average of $12 per hour. Guests should plan to add approximately $20 per day for food for their nanny.
