* Please note that if you would like access to all six bedrooms across the main house and cottage, you will need to pay the higher rate for 12 guests. Those paying the 8-person rate will only have access to 4 bedrooms in the main house while those paying the 10-person rate, will only have access to 5 of the bedrooms.

The villa boasts incredible panoramic views and you will be clueless as to where to enjoy them, as there are ten individual sitting areas! From comfy massive lawn sofas to hammocks under fragrant trees, you will have trouble finding a place to drink your delicious cocktail, served by the staff at the villas very own outdoor bar!
A verandah wraps snugly around the property, so choose the freshwater pool, the soft lawn or the terrace, to relax in bliss, as you view extraordinary elevated panoramic scenes this unique cliffside property offers!
With a cottage and main house on the grounds, Maldonado Beach House will have guests and families perfectly accommodated! Why not let teenagers and older children feel as if they are on their own mini holiday as they are housed in separate dwellings, all the while parents and guardians have the freedom and security of access to either building!
One of the greatest features of the main house isn't that each air-conditioned bedroom has an en-suite bathroom but that each bedroom is as spacious as the other, removing a key factor of room compromising! With en-suite bathrooms and sea views, the upstairs bedrooms are perfect for recovering from fun-filled days! The ground floor bedroom opens up to the verandah so you can make upstairs jealous, with the amazing space and views this bedroom provides!
The fantastic cottage includes en suite bedrooms with access to the furnished verandah! Have trouble picking whether to enjoy the beautiful sea views in the comfort of your room or on the patio! Relax with refreshments and cocktails as each bedroom features a Jacuzzi!
The villa is fully staffed so all your needs will be met and tended to! The outdoor area even includes a barbecue and jerk drum! Signature, authentic jerk cuisine, cooked by the in house chef is a must and can be enjoyed from any of the cosy spots in this delightful hideaway!
- Please note that you will need to select 12 guests should you wish to have access to all 6 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room.

Villa Staff included at this property:
A full-time dedicated team of 2 chefs, 2 butlers, a housekeeper, a gardener and a personal laundress attend exclusively to your villa.
Your cook will handle grocery shopping and meal preparation. They will pre-purchase your first few meals plus pantry staples, then finish the week's shopping after meeting with you. At week's end, they will present receipts for all food and beverage and reconcile your account. A typical grocery budget is $75-$85 per adult per day and $35-$45 per day for preteens. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus.(more luxurious items such as shrimp, lobster, imported meats and Champagne will incur a further charge).
Your cook will also pre-purchase a small starter bar (a few bottles of Red Stripe, moderately-priced wine and rum). Additional alcohol requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with them, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review your tastes and distastes with them and they'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax.
A nanny can be arranged for an average of $12 per hour. Guests should plan to add approximately $20 per day for food for their nanny.
