- The villa is spread across seven acres with steps and varying levels, which may require supervision for very young children

- Please note that you will need to select 12 guests should you wish to have access to all 6 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room

Villa Staff included at this property:
A full-time dedicated staff of 8 including a chef, butler, housekeepers, gardeners and personal laundress attend exclusively to your villa.
Your cook will also pre-purchase a small starter bar (a few bottles of Red Stripe, moderately-priced wine and rum). Additional alcohol requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with them, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review your tastes and distastes with them and they'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax. A typical grocery budget is $85-$95 per adult per day and $40-$50 per day for preteens
A nanny can be arranged for an average of $12 per hour. Guests should plan to add approximately $20 per day for food for their nanny.
