Set on a private waterfront acre, Discovery Bay Villa is presented as a charming West Indian retreat, its periwinkle blue façade resting gently against the calm, turquoise waters of one of Jamaica’s most treasured bays. A sense of effortless coastal living is created throughout, with a bright, airy living room opening onto a generous 60-foot verandah where wicker chaises and flowering vines frame uninterrupted sea views. Days are spent between the small sandy lido, the stone steps leading into clear swimming waters, and the floating raft just offshore, while the gentle rhythm of the bay becomes part of everyday life. A 16-jet plunge pool and shaded seaside gazebo offer moments of quiet relaxation, while sunsets are best enjoyed from the verandah as the horizon softens into evening light.
Comfort is thoughtfully provided across four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and flexible sleeping arrangements suited to families or groups. A full staff, including a cook, housekeeper, assistant housekeeper, and gardener, ensures that each stay is seamlessly managed, with meals served either indoors, on the verandah, or by candlelight beside the water. Guests are invited to make full use of the villa’s kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear, while nearby Puerto Seco Beach offers additional leisure just minutes away. With modern amenities, inviting outdoor spaces, and a setting defined by calm waters and natural beauty, Discovery Bay Villa is experienced as an idyllic Caribbean escape where relaxation is simply part of the landscape.
- Please note that you will need to select 8 guests should you wish to have access to all 4 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room.

Villa Staff included at this property:
A full-time dedicated chef, housekeeper, assistant housekeeper, gardener and personal laundress attend exclusively to your villa.
Your cook will handle grocery shopping and meal preparation. They will pre-purchase your first few meals plus pantry staples, then finish the week's shopping after meeting with you. At week's end, they will present receipts for all food and beverage and reconcile your account. A typical grocery budget is $85-$95 per adult per day and $40-$50 per day for preteens. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus.(more luxurious items such as shrimp, lobster, imported meats and Champagne will incur a further charge).
Your cook will also pre-purchase a small starter bar (a few bottles of Red Stripe, moderately-priced wine and rum). Additional alcohol requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with them, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review your tastes and distastes with them and they'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax.
A nanny can be arranged for an average of $12 per hour. Guests should plan to add approximately $20 per day for food for their nanny.
