Welcome to Azurite, your luxurious home away from home in the lap of Jamaican luxury. As soon as you arrive you’re sure to be wowed by the impressive Georgian-style architecture. With a spacious front courtyard and driveway, bringing a car or two to the villa is safe and easy.
Within the villa you’ll find everything a family, or group of friends, need to enjoy a magical holiday on Jamaica’s beautiful northern coast. Throughout the property, traditional Caribbean décor meets modern luxury with a large open living space full of plus comfy furnishings and a Smart TV. Your main living room doubles as a games room with a fantastic selection of board and table-top games at your disposal.
A fully-equipped kitchen is yours to use at your leisure, however be aware that a stay at Azurite offers the services of a full service staff, including your own private cook who’ll help you plan and prepare meals for the duration of your stay.
Meals can be taken either indoors in the elegant dining room, away from the heat of the day, or outside on a covered terrace.
For sleeping, up to six spacious bedrooms, each decorated in its own unique way and featuring with a Smart TV, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace or balcony, are yours to choose from.
When the sun’s out, you can enjoy the best of both worlds when it comes to relaxation at Azurite. In your villa’s grounds, you can choose between lounging around the luxurious private swimming pool or head through the garden gate which leads directly onto the pristine white sands of Runaway Bay Beach.
With all that relaxation, there’s no need to worry about falling behind on your fitness routine as a brand-new state-of-the-art home gym has been built for your exclusive use. You have use of a BBQ with patio furniture, providing a third space for casual dining and relaxing. Your large veranda also boasts a fully-equipped bar, perfect for evening drinks while watching the sunset from the comfort of your own private hot tub.

- Runaway Bay is a quiet area so you’ll likely need to travel into larger areas like Ocho Rios or Montego Bay for activities.
- While the villa does offer direct beach access be aware that the beach is public and is visited by other holidaymakers and locals alike.
- Remember, it is customary to pay a 15% Gratuity fee before leaving your Villa in Jamaica
- Please note that you will need to select 12 guests should you wish to have access to all 6 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room.

Villa Staff included at this property:
A full-time dedicated chef, butler, housekeeper and personal laundress attend exclusively to your villa.
Your cook will handle grocery shopping and meal preparation. They will pre-purchase your first few meals plus pantry staples, then finish the week's shopping after meeting with you. At week's end, they will present receipts for all food and beverage and reconcile your account. A typical grocery budget is $85-$95 per adult per day and $40-$50 per day for preteenss. This may vary up or down depending on market prices and menus.(more luxurious items such as shrimp, lobster, imported meats and Champagne will incur a further charge).
Your cook will also pre-purchase a small starter bar (a few bottles of Red Stripe, moderately-priced wine and rum). Additional alcohol requests will increase your budget. If you wish to go to the various markets with them, you are welcome. Otherwise, simply review your tastes and distastes with them and they'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax.
A nanny can be arranged for an average of $12 per hour. Guests should plan to add approximately $20 per day for food for their nanny.
