Please note that all extras are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of the holiday (prices on request). Due to some rural/remote locations, not all services will be available at all properties. However, we will always do our best to fulfil your requests!

Transfer/Coach Service
One Complimentary Return Luxury Transport Per Day excluding the festive period. Our 16 seater and 8 seater vehicles can carry 16 and 8 passengers plus the driver are available to guests requiring transfers to and from your golfing / social tour destination should the party split within the St Andrews / East Neuk Area and this is complimentary for stays of three nights or more and must be booked in advance, any additional social runs are chargeable (see price list) The daily complimentary transport hours are between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week. The management cannot guarantee any specific transfer times during busy periods.

- As many nights and rooms required within the Bed & Breakfast on the Estate
- A full welcome hamper on arrival in each House
- Hydro Spa to relax with a glass of champagne and toast your future life together
- Golf practice areas for the groom and party to relax and calm a nerve or two
- Bright, spacious areas for photographs
- Dining Area perfect for the wedding party dinner the night before the big day
- Use of our 16 or 8 seater Mercedes vehicles into St Andrews
- We have teamed up with mobile make-up artist Lauren Elizabeth who is available for bridal and occasional make-up
