At the edge of the Atlantic, where the sea breeze filters through swaying palms and the waves hum a gentle rhythm, Sunlight Sands invites you into its breezy, beach-happy embrace. This cheerful coastal retreat is made up of two separate houses on one private oceanfront plot, making it an ideal choice for families or groups who want time together, with a little space to themselves too.
In the main house, you’ll find a bright, open-plan living area filled with soft greys and sea-washed blues, anchored by relaxed seating and charming nautical details. Every corner speaks of easy going comfort, from the driftwood-toned dining tables to the playful artwork and ocean-themed textures. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen make the main home perfect for day-to-day living, while glass doors lead out to the pool terrace where the sea peeks through.
The guesthouse continues the theme, calm, coastal, and welcoming. With its own kitchen, breakfast nook, two bedrooms and another spacious lounge, it’s ideal for a second family, teenagers craving independence, or grandparents who appreciate a quiet start to the day.
Outside, the scene is pure Florida. A sparkling pool, loungers shaded by palms, and a private path that leads directly to the soft, golden sand. Mornings begin on the sunrise deck with a coffee and an ever-changing sky, while evenings can be spent by the pool or watching rockets soar into the sky from nearby Cape Canaveral. And when the stars come out, the beach is still yours to explore.
Everything here is built for ease and enjoyment, from Wi-Fi and laundry in both houses to towels, books, and space for everyone. Even in cooler months, the pool can be heated for a splash of warmth if scheduled in advance.
