Welcome to Beachside Breeze, a bright and breezy two-bedroom escape perched just a few sandy steps from the sparkling shoreline. This is one of those rare finds where the sea practically greets you at the doorstep, open the front door and you’ll spot the ocean glistening at the end of the road.
Inside, the home is refreshingly coastal, with soft blues, crisp whites, and a laid-back style that invites you to kick off your shoes and make yourself at home. The living area is full of natural light, thanks to wraparound windows and French doors that frame a postcard-perfect ocean view. There’s comfy seating for relaxed evenings in, whether it’s curling up with a good book or catching a film on the Smart TV.
The kitchen is smart and well-equipped with everything you’ll need for breakfast fry-ups, beach picnics, or freshly grilled seafood suppers. A charming dining nook is just steps away, creating a cosy space for shared meals after long sun-soaked days. The two bedrooms are calm and coastal in style, each offering a comfy retreat to catch some well-earned rest.
But it’s outdoors where Beachside Breeze truly sings. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your morning coffee with a salty sea breeze in your hair, or wander the short path to the golden beach for sunrise walks and lazy afternoons. There's also a small lawn and chairs out front, perfect for watching the world go by.
Set in a peaceful, friendly neighbourhood just north of Ormond Beach, the home is ideally located for those who want to explore nearby seaside eateries, rent a jet ski, or simply soak up the sun. Dogs are welcome too (up to two with a small fee), so the whole family can enjoy the fun, just be mindful that the adjacent beach is not dog-friendly, and neighbours prefer pups stay within the property bounds.
