Villa Likyara is a five-bedroom villa set within the established Likya Estate in Kalkan. Surrounded by mature gardens, the estate offers a residential setting while remaining conveniently located around a three-minute walk from Kalkan’s town centre, where guests will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The town beach and harbour are also within walking distance, with water taxis providing access to several beach clubs around the bay.

The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five bedrooms, comprising two double rooms and three twin rooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while two additional WCs provide further convenience for larger groups.

Inside, Villa Likyara has been modernised throughout and features a spacious open-plan living area. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar and coffee machine, while the adjoining dining and sitting areas provide plenty of space for guests to spend time together. There is also a separate TV area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player; please note that the television is provided for DVD viewing only and does not have a TV connection. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer, and the villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Outside, the villa has its own private swimming pool surrounded by a spacious patio with sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating. An external staircase leads to the large roof terrace, which enjoys views across Kalkan, the surrounding mountains, the bay and towards the islands. A further sitting room on this level provides an additional space to relax and may particularly suit older children and teenagers.

Guests staying at Villa Likyara also have access to the large members-only communal swimming pool on the Likya Estate, which typically opens for the season at the beginning of May.

With its private pool, generous accommodation and central location, Villa Likyara is well placed for groups who would like to explore Kalkan largely on foot. As the villa is situated within a residential neighbourhood, guests are asked to be considerate of neighbouring properties during their stay.
