Villa Biberiye is a contemporary two-bedroom villa located in the Kordere area of Kalkan. Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the property offers a modern and comfortable setting with panoramic sea views. Set in a quiet hillside location, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the villa offers a peaceful environment that is particularly well-suited for couples and honeymooners.

The villa features large, floor-to-ceiling glass doors that allow natural light to fill the interior, framing uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding landscape. The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a dining table, satellite TV and direct access to the pool terrace through sliding doors. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, along with a full set of cookware and dining utensils.

Villa Biberiye has two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite bathroom and an indoor jacuzzi. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and also benefits from an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.

Outside, the villa’s terrace is designed to make the most of the sea views. The private swimming pool measures 3.5m x 8.5m with a depth of 1.5m and is bordered by quartz stone. The pool terrace also includes sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating area, a dining table and a barbecue. The pool can be illuminated in the evening, creating a relaxing space to enjoy sunset views over the Kalkan islands. An outdoor jacuzzi is also available.

• The villa is located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, which is elevated above the town. While this provides excellent sea views, it also means the roads are steep. Guests will usually need a car or taxis to reach the town centre, beaches and restaurants.
