An adjacent dining area has a modern wood table which can seat up to six guests, great for indoor entertaining. A sleek and chic stainless steel and wood kitchen has all essentials for some happy holiday cooking, including a state-of-the-art oven and hob, family sized fridge freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine, and a Turkish coffee maker. There is also a very convenient guest cloakroom on this floor too.
Take the floating wooden staircase up to the first floor, where you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious, decorated with art-deco style furniture and art, with a built-in double bed with wood headboard, comfy armchairs and occasional tables, vanity unit and fitted wardrobes. The ensuite is minimalist wood and white, with a walk-in shower, single oval hand basin and WC. Floor to ceiling sliding doors give access to a balcony with mountain views. The second bedroom also has a built-in double bed, stylish fitted wardrobes, an ensuite shower room, and a balcony with mountain views. On the second floor there are a further two bedrooms, both set under the eaves, with large double beds, armchairs, fitted wardrobes, and ensuite shower rooms, and access to their own mountain view balconies.
Prepare to be wowed as you access the terrace from the floor to ceiling sliding doors on the ground floor. Here you will find a fabulous 9m x 4m swimming pool with both ladder and step access. The latest trend in sun loungers surround the pool, with parasols to give you shade from the midday sun. There’s an inviting lounge area where you can enjoy a morning coffee or meet for sundowner cocktails whilst watching the sunset over the mountains. There is an elegant eight seater table and chairs, and built-in barbeque for some alfresco dining under the sun and stars.
