The kitchen is super sleek with an island and buffet chairs, dark marble worktops, stainless steel oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, and French windows that open onto the paved terrace with table and chairs. There is also a very convenient separate guest cloakroom with a hand basin and WC.

From the ground floor access the beautiful terrace and gardens through French doors, where there is a large kidney-shaped swimming pool surrounded by comfortable loungers and shades, a relaxing seating area with sun brolly, a table to seat six and a barbeque for a taste of alfresco dining, all set amongst mature palm trees and plants.

Take the stairs to the first floor, where you will find three spacious bedrooms.
