Accommodating up to 12 guests across five en-suite bedrooms, this spacious property is well suited to extended families, groups of friends, or those marking a special occasion.
The villa is spread over four floors, with standout features including a private indoor pool, full-size sauna, and extensive outdoor grounds with a large main pool and separate children’s pool. Interiors are bright, open and finished to a high standard, with quality furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout.
Each bedroom benefits from a private balcony and uninterrupted views. Located in an elevated position, Maple Villa offers striking sunsets and easy access to local highlights – including the lively centres of Ovacik and Hisaronu, the famous Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz, and the harbour town of Fethiye, all within a 15-minute drive.
- Located on a quiet hillside in Ovacik, the villa is slightly removed from the main resort areas, requiring a drive to reach beaches, shops, and restaurants. Taxis and the local dolmus (bus) are readily available
- Please note that the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub will no longer be available
- The private pool is not usable before 1st May
