- Set across a steep hillside, the six bedrooms are scattered across the main villa and its two annexes.
- One of the bedrooms in Annexe I currently has a crib in it, however it can also be converted into a single bedroom on request.
- Air-conditioning is featured in four bedrooms only (and the study) - please see the 'Layout' tab for details.
- Due to the hillside setting with various levels, steep steps and terraces, Villa Ferdi is not suitable for young children or guests with restricted mobility.
- The two caretakers live on site in the staff quarters (near the main villa).
