Competition details form part of these terms and conditions:
- The competition will run between 09:00 1st September and and 23:59 BST 14th September 2026. The winner will be contacted by 30th September 2026. Unless you have opted in to receive marketing, contact details supplied will only be used for the administration of the competition.
- The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Trotters and Oliver’s Travels, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion (eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis). Bulk entries made by trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Proof of identity and age may be required to verify the winner’s eligibility.
- Entries must be submitted via the competition entry form at https://www. oliverstravels.com/trotters-competition
- Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made using methods generated by a script, macro or automated devices will be void.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to computer error.
- The prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. No purchase is necessary. The prizes are:
a) A 3-night stay voucher for Snow Goose, Sussex, courtesy of Oliver’s Travels. The prize has no monetary value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The prize is subject to availability and the additional terms set out in section 7.
b) A £500 Trotters voucher. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Any applicable terms relating to the voucher will be provided by Trotters.
7. The following terms apply to the Snow Goose stay voucher provided by Oliver’s Travels:
a) The prize consists of a 3-night stay voucher for Snow Goose, Sussex, courtesy of Oliver’s Travels. Full property details can be viewed here: https://www.oliverstravels.com/britain-ireland/sussex/snow-goose/
b) The stay must comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the property, as outlined on the property listing page at the time of booking.
c) The winner must redeem their voucher within six weeks of being notified that they have won. All travel must be completed within 12 months of the winner being notified, subject to availability.
d) ) The voucher is valid for stays during March, April, May, June, September and November, subject to availability. It excludes February half term, the Easter holidays, October half term, July, August, and the Christmas and New Year period.
e) If the winner fails to book the prize by the booking deadline, the prize will be forfeited in full and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize or award it to an alternative winner.
f) Bookings must be requested at least six weeks before the preferred arrival date and remain subject to availability.
g) The prize includes accommodation only. It does not include:
- Transport
- Travel insurance
- Food or drink
- Additional services
- Any other costs or arrangements not expressly stated
h) The lead guest must be aged 18 or over and will be required to provide valid credit card details prior to travel. A pre-authorisation may be taken for security or damage purposes and released following a satisfactory property inspection after departure.
i) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
j) All elements of the prize are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that Snow Goose becomes unavailable, Oliver’s Travels reserves the right to substitute accommodation of equal or greater value.
k) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to:
- substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value; and/or
- amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
8. The Promoters reserve the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions and reject entries not made in the spirit of the competition. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
9. Unless otherwise stated, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
10. The winner will be contacted by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoters reserve the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant selected at random.
11. Failure to respond, provide requested details or meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
12. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Where applicable, the judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Subject to this, the Promoters will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or acceptance of the prize.
14. In the event of any discrepancy between these terms and promotional material, the promotional material shall prevail.
15. By entering the competition, you agree to share your name and email address with Trotters and Oliver’s Travels for the purposes of administering the competition.
16. If you choose to opt in to receive marketing from Trotters, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Trotters Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
17. If you choose to opt in to receive marketing from Oliver’s Travels, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Oliver’s Travels Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
18. This competition is run jointly by Trotters and Oliver’s Travels. By entering, you agree to the terms and conditions of both Promoters.
19. The £500 Trotters voucher will be sent to the winner after they have been contacted and their details have been successfully verified.
