As you step into the ground floor living area, you can immerse yourself in the elegance of the villa’s stylish cream and white decor. The villa features a spacious lounge area, complemented by sumptuous sofas and complete with a fireplace and a state-of-the-art TV for your entertainment. The stylish indoor dining room, adorned with light wood furniture, sets the stage for intimate gatherings, and provides ample room for the whole group. Casa America’s fully-equipped kitchen beckons culinary enthusiasts, offering food preparation space, and bursting with high-end appliances to cater to yourself and your guests during your stay. Also situated on this floor is a sprawling 70m2 bedroom suite, thoughtfully designed for accessibility, providing comfort and convenience for older guests, or those with reduced mobility.
Three more stylish bedrooms, all with en suite facilities can be found on the first floor. Each room features sumptuous beds and well-crafted furnishings, promising a restful and relaxing night’s sleep for guests. The villa also features a basement entertainment area - perfect for game nights, or as an indoor chill-out area for older kids and teens.
Outside, the grounds are equally impressive, featuring terraced seating areas, sun loungers and daybeds for the ultimate relaxation experience. Alfresco dining is a breeze, thanks the the villa’s outdoor dining areas, and for cooling down at the end of a long hot day, there is an outdoor pool - perfect for indulging in a refreshing swim, or for splashing about with the kids!
What you should know…
- The swimming pool is accessed via ladder and is unfenced, so young children will need to be well-supervised while in the vicinity
