• Please note that the swimming pool is only open seasonally from mid-April to mid-October (weather dependent), and is only heated during the cooler months (April, September, October)
• The swimming pool has no shallow end and is not fenced, meaning children will require supervision 
• As the house is built on a slope there are some steps around the property which may be challenging for guests with reduced mobility
• Due to the rural location, car hire is essential during your stay here
