A stylish and contemporary villa located in Port de Pollensa, Casa Ginebro places guests in the heart of the region’s most idyllic scenery. The exterior of this villa hosts an expansive swimming pool with enough space to fit multiple guests. Therefore, guests can relax or play games in the cool water whenever they please. This property also hosts multiple outdoor terraces that are ideal for relaxing as a family or for enjoying exciting outdoor dining experiences. The first terrace is equipped with quirky hammocks, and outdoor seating arrangements whilst the other includes a complete barbecue area.
 
As you enter the ground floor, you will see the traditional living area, fitted with wooden seating arrangements and accompanying decor. This space also compliments the wooden windows and doors, creating a cohesive style throughout. Thus, guests can unwind on the comfortable sofas and truly enjoy each other’s company. Opposite the living area is the dining area. This space also follows the wooden theme, using a broad dining table and matching benches. Guests can also access the outdoor terrace from this space through a large wooden door. The kitchen makes use of a spacious layout and even includes an additional dining table for guests to use. The sleek granite surfaces contrast effortlessly with the wooden cupboards, again creating a similar style across the lower level of this property. The first of three bedrooms is also found on this floor. This room includes a pair of single beds, making it perfect for two children or for couples who prefer to sleep separately. Plus, this bedroom is also close to the ground floor bathroom, which is ideal for disabled or less active guests.
 
Moving upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. The second bedroom also contains a pair of single beds and allows access to an opulent balcony area. As a result, guests can awake each morning and gaze out at the tremendous views that sit before them. Finally, the third bedroom makes use of a considerable double bed and also leads out to an additional outdoor balcony area. Furthermore, this bedroom also includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

Casa Ginebro is located in the magnificent region of Port de Pollensa, a location that is teeming with immersive tourist attractions and destinations. As this villa is located just 150m away from the beach, guests are encouraged to partake in the wide range of watersport activities that are available. Stand up paddle is an intuitive watersport that allows guests to travel across the calm water whilst riding on a paddleboard. It may take some time to get used to this activity, but once you gain the confidence and skills, you can explore the awe-inspiring landmarks that reside in this seaside town. Prices for this activity can vary, but a 2-hour tour usually costs around €30 each.
 
If you are a fitness fanatic who is looking to increase your workout whilst on holiday, Ultimate Fitness Bootcamp is an amazing experience. Located just a 12-minute drive away from the centre of  Port de Pollensa, this high-adrenaline fitness camp provides access to some of the finest facilities and instructors in Spain. Port de Pollensa is a truly remarkable region that is bursting with an abundance of family-friendly activities that the whole family is bound to enjoy. The Port de Pollensa Market first began back in 1986 and has attracted both locals and tourists ever since. The market first opened with just 60 stalls but now hosts nearly 200, all bringing a touch of local culture to the location. Vendors sell a variety of clothes and craft items, making it the ideal place to pick up a few souvenirs to remind you of your trip. The market also provides a varied selection of fresh fruit and vegetables for tourists to indulge in. The Port de Pollensa Market is held in Miquel Capllonch Square, which is just a 6-minute drive away from the centre of Port de Pollensa.
 
The archaic Aliznaret Caves are just 12-minutes away from Port de Pollensa, allowing guests to explore this tremendous landmark with ease. These caves originally date back to 1600 BC, helping them to exude a plethora of prehistoric artefacts and fixtures. Even though these caves can be traced back to the Middle Bronze Age, they were first recorded back in 1927 by Wilfred Hemp. In fact, one of the many caves found here, known as Number 7 of Hemp, is regarded as a shrine to his marvellous work. Although the caves are vulnerable to decay over their lifetime, around seven caves still remain for guests to discover. It should also be mentioned that there is a small seating area outside of the caves that are reserved for guests who would rather wait outside.
 
Just 20-minutes away from the centre of Port de Pollensa sits the Joan March Gardens, an idyllic attraction that showcases all of the natural beauty that Pollensa has to offer. These gardens act as a celebration for the eldest son of the March family, a very affluent group who helped to push this small town into a ferocious economic boom. Here, you will find a selection of looming Mallorcan olive trees as well as other native vegetation. The Joan March Gardens are open 24-hours a day, making them a very accessible tourist attraction for guests staying in Casa Ginebro.

Security deposit €1,500 - credit card details and expiry date to be supplied in case of damage to the property. The local Property Manager will contact you via email to request your details, the amount will be blocked on the credit card, not taken. Once the property manager confirms no damage the block will be released.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
