You’ll not find a prettier family villa within walking distance of Pollença! You and yours will hang by the pool of this villa in Mallorca, a tiny slice of paradise. On Sunday walk into town (just 8 minutes away on foot) for the morning market - return with baskets full of produce. Cook it on the traditional stone grill while your family sits in the shade, anticipating an authentic Spanish feast.

Imagine cocktails in the terrace lounge, or a cosy family movie night by the fireplace...a flawless villa holiday. The kitchen has windows and counter space aplenty, and all updated stainless steel appliances. Each en suite bathroom is clean and modern, with fun pops of color on the walls. Snuggle into the master suite (with jacuzzi!) knowing you won't be disturbed.

The cobbled streets of Pollença are calling! You can easily walk into town, where restaurants, boutiques, and more. Architecture and history lovers might visit the Puig de Maria monastery (which you can see from your holiday villa!) If you have the beach on your mind, Puerto Pollença (7 km) is the place for you. Head there for sparkling blue water and white sand (it's scuba diving heaven.)

  • In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August

The villa is ideally located on the road that leads to the bay of Pollensa and within walking distance of the charming old town.

Pollença is an attractive town in north east Mallorca, in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. With beautiful architecture to appreciate, such as the Calvari steps, the town is rich in history. Among its highlights are the ‘Pont Romà’, an ancient Roman bridge, the Mare de Deu dels Angels church with its famous rose window, and the Convent de Sant Domingo.

The neighbouring port, Puerto de Pollença, lies to the north and has one of the area’s best beaches, with numerous bars and restaurants to explore in the vicinity. Puerto de Pollença also offers water-sports, a water park for children, and a golf course can also be found just outside the town.

Also to the north of Pollença is Cala Sant Vicenc, one of Mallorca’s smaller resorts, and home to three beaches: Cala Molins, Cala Barques and Cala Clara. The landscape is dramatic and hilly, with rugged cliffs and rocks, and its popularity with visitors has seen it develop some excellent restaurants, tapas bars and useful amenities.

Further down the coast, Alcúdia has a large marina, serving as a boarding point for boat trips to Menorca and the Spanish mainland. The town is considered one of the most attractive in the area, so don’t miss out on seeing its historic centre, visiting the open-air market or seeing Spain’s smallest Roman amphitheatre.

THE REGION

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. The villa is a lovely place for kids to hang out - teenagers and older children will love having their own space, while children of all ages will love swimming in the pool. The outdoors area all good to run around and play, will ensure many fun evenings!

The house is a beautiful family retreat in a quiet location but close to so many fun things to do together as a family, from exploring beaches to having dinner in the old town of Pollensa.

The local area is ideal for those who want to get a bit more active, with invigorating coastal walks and cycling terrain that even the pros are challenged by. The island is excellent for horse-riding and water-sports, and for beach life, it’s pretty unbeatable too, with the golden sands of Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç well worth seeking out.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

    Just returned from our week in Villa Trogos, where the three of us had a fabulous break. The villa is spacious and modern, and in a beatifully traditional Mallorcan style and has every convenience (incl good wi-fi). Spotlessly clean, and a wonderful welcome pack including fizz! (They even supplied us with gluten-free that we had requested). The pool and gardens are beautiful with lots of comfortable furniture, and a table-tennis table. Great location, only 8 mins walk into Pollenca.
