Located just outside Pollensa, Villa Adoracion is a large and welcoming villa on Mallorca’s northeastern side. With a spacious terrace and swimming pool waiting for you, Villa Adoracion is a short drive from the beach and the golf course – just two of your options for days out in this beautiful region.
There is a lot to do at the villa as well. A terrace is a fine place for dining, with a barbecue in the covered area, and you have lawns on three sides of the magnificent swimming pool – so grab a sun lounger and a book. Along with an outdoor shower and some cool seating areas, you also have table tennis and a billiards table at Villa Adoracion.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa features a light and airy living area with the large cream coloured sofas and a dining table and chairs. French doors open out on to a large covered terrace, which looks out on the swimming pool and the countryside beyond.
Just off the entrance hall, the fully fitted kitchen provides all you could need, with many modern appliances. There is also a dining area inside. Three steps up from the lounge is a twin bedroom. There are another twin and two double bedrooms on this level too, both of the doubles having en-suite shower rooms.
A fifth bedroom, a twin, is found upstairs, along with a bathroom and the games room. Both this room and the bedroom have access to a large terrace, overlooking the pool.
Villa Adoracion is just 3.7km from Pollença’s old town, where you will find many excellent bars and restaurants. The neighbouring port, Puerto de Pollença, offers a great beach with water-sports, and a children’s water park nearby. The historic town of Alcúdia is also just along the coast, and worth a visit.
What you should know…
- You will need to drive to the beach, as it’s around 12km from the villa
- This is a strictly non-smoking property
- If you are bringing young children, a cot and high chair are provided
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa AdoracionPollença is an attractive town in north east Mallorca, in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. With beautiful architecture to appreciate, such as the Calvari steps, the town is rich in history. Among its highlights are the ‘Pont Romà’, an ancient Roman bridge, the Mare de Deu dels Angels church with its famous rose window, and the Convent de Sant Domingo.
The neighbouring port, Puerto de Pollença, lies to the north and has one of the area’s best beaches, with numerous bars and restaurants to explore in the vicinity. Puerto de Pollença also offers water-sports, a water park for children, and a golf course can also be found just outside the town.
Also to the north of Pollença is Cala Sant Vicenc, one of Mallorca’s smaller resorts, and home to three beaches: Cala Molins, Cala Barques and Cala Clara. The landscape is dramatic and hilly, with rugged cliffs and rocks, and its popularity with visitors has seen it develop some excellent restaurants, tapas bars and useful amenities.
Further down the coast, Alcúdia has a large marina, serving as a boarding point for boat trips to Menorca and the Spanish mainland. The town is considered one of the most attractive in the area, so don’t miss out on seeing its historic centre, visiting the open-air market or seeing Spain’s smallest Roman amphitheatre.
Many beautiful places can be found in the areas further inland, such as the Natural Park S’Albufera, the largest of its kind in the Balearics. Pollença is easily accessible, with Palma de Mallorca Airport around 60km away.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

Best Suited For: All AgesThis is a great villa for children to enjoy – there’s just so much space inside and out, they will never run out of places to discover. With excellent beaches along the coast, a family day out in the sun is a must, and in the unlikely event the sun isn’t shining, Villa Adoracion has it covered, with table tennis, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and covered spaces perfect for relaxing together.
The Puerto Pollenca area has everything you need to entertain both younger and older children, with water sports at the beach, as well as kid friendly restaurants and activates in the town.
Just a few minutes away by car is Paintball Fantasy Mallorca Park, set within a stunning oak forest. Suitable for children aged 8 and up, it’s a great place to enjoy a fun-filled family day out.
You can even play adults versus children for an extra dose of competition! Instructors are available for advice and help as you navigate your way around a series of wood buildings and shelters, all while wearing protective gear and armed with a paintball gun.
