The fully fitted kitchen, equipped with modern conveniences like a dishwasher, microwave, and wall oven, lies to the rear, connected to a walk-in pantry and a covered barbecue area.
An inner stone archway to the right of the entrance leads to the first of four spacious bedrooms, offering serene views of the pool and garden, accompanied by a generously-sized shower room. Ascend the main stairway to the galleried landing, where the master bedroom awaits, complete with an en suite bathroom and access to a private sun terrace. Two more tastefully appointed bedrooms open onto a second sun terrace, sharing a spacious family bath/shower room.
