With its elegant white-washed exterior, with sloping, terracotta tiles and an array of tropical plants and shady trees, this home is tucked in green and sweet, secluded spot.

The sandy cove Cala Egos is only two hundred meters away, while the villa looks over a beautiful private pool with ample lounging and sunbathing space. The outdoor areas are sublime at Villa Valenti; there is an outdoor leisure room, with lounge furniture and dining table for al fresco meals. Villa Valenti is a charming two-storey semi-detached villa boasting stunning seafront views and direct access to the sea. It sits gracefully on a tranquil corner of coastline, yet conveniently close to local amenities.

Set in Cala d’Or, Villa Valenti has the supreme advantage of having both the beach and all amenities on its doorstep.

A few moments walk will take visitors directly to the local bars, restaurants and shops; while the beach is a small staircase away!

Town centre is just three kilometres away, while the nearest golf course is ten kilometres distance. The airport is sixty kilometres away.

Water sports and beach life are very much central to Mallorca.  

Cycling is a significant part of the tourism trade in this part of Mallorca - it has become a central hub for those wanting to make the most of the diverse array of northern routes and rugged, beautiful scenery.

With safe, yet challenging, mountain roads and year-round temperate weather, cycling enthusiasts will find themselves among a like-minded biking community.

Hiking is likewise very much a draw for visitors to the region; a beautiful hike being the route to the former monastery Lluc, situated in the Tramuntana mountains - along yet wonderfully rewarding path offering unspoilt views of luscious nature.

Golfers will be very much at home with an array of golf courses to select from.

Whether it be pilates, or paddle boarding, kite surfing or chartering a private boat to explore hidden corners of the coastline, the opportunities for sports and activities at all levels are endless.

Not so much known for its nightlife, this corner of Mallorca is very much a family-friendly destination, however many of the restaurants offer live music and party nights. The range of eateries is diverse, while all ages will be welcome in restaurants.

THE REGION

Cala d'Or – or the 'Golden Bay' – is a popular beach area on the southeast coast of Mallorca, south of Portocolom and neighbouring the coastal town of Portopetro. In Cala d'Or you really get an all-round holiday experience with wonderful beaches, interesting excursions, well-preserved nature and varied nightlife.

Cala d'Or is an excellent spot for a beach holiday thanks to its impressive facilities and wonderful beaches. Huge fun is the mini 'train' which runs along the roads for holidaymakers between the main resort and beaches. The town is also a great base for exploring some of the best natural and historical sights that southeast Mallorca has to offer.

This home is ideal for children of all ages; children, in particular, will love the expansive gardens, the beautiful lawns and mysterious overgrowth, as well as the ample patio space and many corners of exploration. When the heat of the day is too much, siestas in the quiet, air-conditioned rooms will be ideal, while the beaches nearby are very family friendly.

Mallorca has long been considered an ideal family-friendly destination; renowned for stress-free, stimulating travel for families. The array of safe beaches, warm seas, water parks and caves to explore, children of all ages will be quickly occupied within year-round sunshine and such a welcoming local culture.

Cala Mondrago is a natural family destination, with gentle bays ideal for hours of castle building and splashing in the safe, shallow waters, family-friendly restaurants and promenades. From pony rides to gentle treks, there is something for all ages in this part of Mallorca.

Hidropark is worth a day trip, for an array of “whizzy” rides offering adrenaline based fun or toddler appropriate splash pools, while Parc Natural de S’Albufera for gentle bike rides and birdwatching expeditions. Teens will enjoy activities such as kite surfing and kayaking, to spooky caving! Cliff jumping, mountain biking, scuba diving - the options are endless.

Further east, there are bewitching chambers of vast caves, safari encounters,

Mallorcans adore children; from playgrounds to child-friendly restaurants, children will not only be welcome but will be actively fussed over! Many restaurants offer inexpensive children’s menus - simple grilled meats, fries, spaghetti, and tortillas, not to mention ice cream!

While those with more adventurous tastes may enjoy the local pa ambient oli - bread rubbed with olive oil, tomatoes and a variety of toppings.

Other highlights would be, Artestruz - where children can admire ostriches, Palma Aquarium, some eight thousand marine creatures to observe and delight over, to the Safari-zoo in the east.

Cars with car seats are pure to hire, usually for a per day fee.

Children will soon acclimatise to the Spanish way of life, where youngsters are very much part of the evening life, out in restaurants of an evening, playing in parks and squares while grown-ups gather with a cooling beer.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €300 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4:00 pm.
Departure time 10:00 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Heating costs included? Not included in the rental price, please enquire.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday. All other days on request.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - First cot and highchair included in the rental price, second item will have an extra cost of €35 per week per item, please enquire.
- Please note that the air conditioning works on a timer, available from 9 pm - 9 am.
Other Ts and Cs Closer to your arrival date we will send you a link to a registration form that must be completed at least two weeks prior to your arrival date.

    Fabulous villa in amazing location!

    Large very well equipped villa with direct access to sea, ideal for large family or group or friends. However steps to garden quite steep and open on one side so extra care would be needed if you have small children.

    Garden is very well maintained with plenty of sun loungers, table and chairs. Stunning pool, again care would be needed for small children as steps into pool are quite high and hard to see.

    Villa itself is very nice, bathrooms a bit tired and could do with an upgrade, but function well.

    Towels provided were less then you would expect from a 5 star villa at the prices charged and also no pool towels provided.

    On the whole we had a fabulous week here and would definitely return.

    Lovely and spacious. Plenty of room for all. Pool area was fantastic; what a view over the sea and the beach was so close. Our grandsons loved the place as did we all. Some lovely touches with the furniture and paintings. Bathrooms were slightly tired but worked well. Plenty of plates and glasses.
