As you arrive at the villa, you'll be greeted by a crystal clear swimming pool surrounded by well-maintained lawned areas. Please note that due to safety reasons, the pool is recommended for children over the age of 12. Relax on the comfortably furnished sun terraces, soaking up the sun and taking in the views of the nearby coastline. The adjacent BBQ terrace beckons you to savour al fresco meals while enjoying refreshing drinks. For ultimate relaxation, the palm-shaded lawned gardens offer a serene space to unwind on comfortable sun loungers, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the sea.

The inviting swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and ranges in depth from 1.00m to 2.00m, providing a refreshing retreat during your stay. The villa offers a serene and comfortable setting, allowing you to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the surrounding area while being close to the village of S'Horta and the coastal towns of Porto Colom and Cala D'Or.

The villa is spread over two floors and offers modern amenities throughout. On the ground floor, a welcoming hallway leads to a spacious and tastefully decorated lounge, providing direct access to the covered terrace by the poolside. The contemporary American-style kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, ensures that meal preparation is a breeze. It also offers convenient access to a garden terrace.

The ground floor features a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Another double bedroom on this floor boasts walk-in wardrobes and garden views. A third double bedroom with an en-suite shower room offers direct access to the garden sun terraces.

On the first floor, a staircase leads to a galleried landing area that provides magnificent sea views from the expansive upper terrace. The impressive master double bedroom suite features fitted wardrobes, an en-suite shower, and a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a plasma TV, and a collection of books for your enjoyment. The master bedroom also offers access to the furnished upper sun terrace, boasting fabulous sea views. Two additional double bedrooms on this floor provide fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower rooms, and either sea views or direct access to a garden-side terrace.

The villa provides separate WC facilities, with two located on each floor for your convenience.

Please note that the air conditioning operates on a pre-set timer. However, 24-hour air conditioning is available upon request at an additional charge.

THE REGION

Cala d'Or – or the 'Golden Bay' – is a popular beach area on the southeast coast of Mallorca, south of Portocolom and neighbouring the coastal town of Portopetro. In Cala d'Or you really get an all-round holiday experience with wonderful beaches, interesting excursions, well-preserved nature and varied nightlife.

Cala d'Or is an excellent spot for a beach holiday thanks to its impressive facilities and wonderful beaches. Huge fun is the mini 'train' which runs along the roads for holidaymakers between the main resort and beaches. The town is also a great base for exploring some of the best natural and historical sights that southeast Mallorca has to offer.
