Flooded with natural light and boasting floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to the picturesque garden, this is a joyous place to spend time.
The lounge offers comfortable sofas that you can put your feel up on, and satellite television for those moments you want to switch off. The kitchen and dining space is fully-equipped, perfect for friendly evenings spent together as a family. On the ground floor, there are also two twin bedrooms and a family shower room.
The master bedroom suite can be found on the first floor, boasting its luxurious bathroom and private terrace, from which you can you can bask in the Spanish sunshine while gazing out at the breath-taking country views.

What you should know…
- There is only air-conditioning in the bedrooms, however the best way to cool off is a dip in the private pool!
- If you would like to visit the popular towns and beaches on the island, we would recommend hiring a car for your trip
- There aren’t any restaurants within walking distance, but the villa does offer a barbecue and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen

About the surrounding area of Villa ClavelVilla Clavel offers an excellent base for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca. The villa sits nearby to family-friendly sandy beaches, breathtaking mountain landscapes, peaceful countryside, spectacular coastlines and buzzing resorts.
The beautifully rural location of the casa offers peace and tranquillity for guests. Located near the picturesque country town of Arta in the northeast of the island, there’s a lot to see and do! Tucked in a valley, it is surrounded by the mountains of the Llevant Natural Park along with some of the island's most beautiful rural plains.
Be sure to visit on Tuesdays for its weekly market, which is famous for its local pottery and basket weaving. The historic town also has numerous sites to visit, including the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador and the legendary Caves d’Arta.
If a day at the beach is in order, there are some stunning beaches nearby. Cala Torta is very much unspoilt and only reachable by 4x4 so you will feel a million miles away on the endless white sand and crystal clear waters.
Cala Agulla is definitely worth a visit, the blue flag golden sand beach is surrounded by glorious pine forests and the mountains of Llevant Natural Park; and Cala Ratjada, a quaint fishing port with stunning coves, to explore.
The villa offers a sheltered location, with complete privacy, creating a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. With an abundance of sites of historical interest on the island, Mallorca is merely perfect for culture cravers!

THE REGION
The traditional town of Artá sits in the middle of a large valley at the foot of a small mountain in the northeast of Mallorca. The town rigorously clings to its heritage, making few concessions for tourism. The parish church, Transfiguracio del Senyor, dominates the largely pedestrianised centre and skyline of Artá.
Artá’s biggest attractions relate to the cultural heritage of the area. The most popular is undoubtedly the Sanctuary de Sant Salvador and the fortified battlements that surround it.
There are beaches within a short hike of town, and many who brave the walk say it’s just as beautiful as the beach itself. You are also within easy reach of the many attractions the northeast of the island has to offer, such as the Coves del Drac.
