Offering substantial holiday living sleeping seven guests, this beautifully appointed villa sits in one of the most desirable locations possible, overlooking the charming bay of Port d'Andratx within walking distance of the beach and harbour. In fact, its main attraction is the fantastic outlook it enjoys from its terraces, which commend inspiring sweeping views out over the sea and mountains.
Built over two storeys and beautifully furnished throughout, this will surely impress everyone who stays here. On the ground floor you’ll be greeted by an attractive entrance hall complete with guest toilet and home to a double bedroom with ensuite. Smart and bright, the room benefits from lots of sunshine which pours in through the large patio doors which in turn lead out onto the fantastic terrace.
At the heart of Villa Andratz Skyz’s ground floor living is a large inviting kitchen equipped with everything you might need to prepare delicious home cooked meals including oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher so there’s no need to wash up during your holiday. There’s also a handy breakfast bar, ideal for breakfast or a enjoying a quick snack. Star billing then goes to the separate dining area with lots more seating and a spacious living area where you’ll find a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. Not only do you get to take in the dazzling outside vistas from the inside, but there’s an instant feeling of space and brightness inside enhanced by lots of natural light and little splashes of colour. Large patio doors lead directly to the grounds, sun terrace and the swimming pool.
Upstairs, you’ll find a further three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has its own ensuite and the shared bathroom has a luxurious sunken bathtub. An extra finishing touch upstairs is that two of the bedrooms enjoy outdoor access to an upper sun terrace furnished with sun loungers, a chill-out area with sofas and even more of those incredible views of the harbour and mountains.
Talking of outside again, you cannot fail to be impressed by the pool and grounds at the Andratz Skyz. The swimming pool is partially covered allowing you to cool-off in style, and the poolside terrace offers so much scope for spending quality time sunbathing, dining alfresco and cooking up a feast on the barbecue.
With its impressive contemporary style and excusive Mallorcan location, Villa Andratz Skyz is ideal for families with older children and groups who are looking to experience luxury holiday living.

Location
About the surrounding area of Andratx SkyzPort d'Andratx sits on south-western Majorca, 5kms from the ancient town of Andratx. A picturesque fishing village as well as one of Mallorca's classiest holiday destinations with many considering it as one of the lovelist harbours in the Mediterranean. Not only is Port d'Andratx a working fishing port that supplies many of the restaurants, it’s also popular with the yachting fraternity and film stars whose Italian-style villas can be seen climbing up the hillsides.
The hub of life is the delightful, harbourfront where open-air cafes, bars and restaurants provide perfect spots for watching the world go by over a glass of chilled wine or long, lazy lunch. Being a fishing village, seafood is the main offering in town, and you’ll find menus full of delicious Mediterranean recipes showcasing fresh fish and shellfish caught in the nearby waters.
The port itself has some small bathing areas and coves where you can sunbathe and splash in the waters. But, for more in the way of serious beach-life, the neighbouring resorts of Camp de Mar and Sant Elm feature beautiful sandy beaches. Backed by mountains, the twinkling waters make it too tempting to simply lounge on the sands, polish your tan and dream the days away.
Nearby the town of Andratx is well worth visiting. Made up of tangled streets, traditional Mallorcan stone buildings and pastel-washed houses, you’ll be enchanted by its rich history and charm. Art lovers will enjoy a visit to the Liedtke Museum, showcasing Dieter W. Liedtke's unique pieces of art. Located in a modern villa on a clifftop overlooking the sea, the museum boasts incredible views over the Mediterranean.

THE REGION
Andratx is an ancient Mallorcan town nestled in the valleys of the Tramuntana Mountain range and is home to one of Mallorca’s most interesting modern art galleries. Its quaint, narrow streets and rustic heritage make it a truly authentic place to visit - with a warm welcome for international visitors.
The nature surrounding Andratx is breath-taking; many visitors come to this part of Mallorca just to enjoy the mountains, valleys, forest and coastal scenery. This is a superb location to see some of the island’s best contemporary art, with several exhibition spaces, a good café, a tasteful gift shop and impressive grounds behind the building itself.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Andratz Skyz is a welcoming retreat for families with older children who want to experience a luxury-style holiday in an exclusive Mallorcan location. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor space on the upper and lower terraces ready for making the most of the sun, enjoying alfresco barbecues and relaxing.
Outside there is a large partially covered swimming pool to enjoy with the whole family.
If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of curling up on the sofa to watch a movie on the satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the older children some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.
If you should get bored with the pool, just a few kilometres away is Sant Elm (10.6 km away). From nearby Sant Elm, you can take a family boat trip in the summer over to the uninhabited island of Sa Dragonera, named for its dragon-like shape. It’s a nature reserve, with some interesting walks, perfect for a family trip. Take your binoculars for good views of seabirds such as ospreys and gulls. You could also go scuba diving.
